PgCert Applied Anatomy (MSK)

Working with the top anatomists in the world in laboratories across Europe during the last 10 years has kept me abreast on all the latest research on the complex path of pain, how our immune system and nervous system work together and the keys to unlocking our healing potential.

 

In my early career days, over 25 years ago, I worked in the centre of London as a TV promotions executive, working closely with many celebrities such as Bee Gees, Stevie Wonder, Boyzone, Shed 7, Cast, and many more.

 

Being naturally intuitive and wanting to help people out of pain, this lead to me working with many famous people, providing physio for the likes of Rod Stewart, Eddie Izzard, Aidan Quinn to name a few. I travelled the world, and met some incredibly interesting people along the way.

 

My own fitness has always been important to me, I enjoyed a very outdoor sporty lifestyle when I moved to Zimbabwe from UK at age 15. Since I moved back to the uk I’ve kept up an active lifestyle and love getting out to the Highlands of Scotland.

I have over 25 years of experience as a therapist, training as a Sports therapist and member of the Society of Sports Therapists since 2006, with further post-graduate anatomy qualification of PgCert in Applied anatomy.

My 2-year Yoga teacher course (500hrs) with Swami Satvikananda, along with the latest research in anatomy is relevant to the balance of mind and body for our modern lifestyle.

I love to work with elite athletes to reach their potential and overcome injuries, as well as help anyone out of pain.
